Are your Products Genuine/Original?

At Grozar Mart the products are directly fetched from manufacturer's premises, we focus on originality and we always stand by it. If a product is not a genuine one it can't be at Grozar Mart.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay Cash on Delivery, pay using Jazz Cash or Easy Paisa, Visa/Master/UnionPay Credit/Debit Cards or Credit Card on Delivery

Do you ship orders all across pakistan

Yes, we deliver in every city of Pakistan.

What is the Delivery Time?

We try our best to deliver order within shortest possible time. Usually all online orders consume 24-72 hours to be in recipient's hands. In special cases such as when a customer demands an imported item it may take up to 5 days but it happens in rare cases.

What are the delivery charges?

How can I track or check status of my order?

Order status can be checked from 'My Orders' screen in your account. Status can also be checked through Order Tracking page.

How can I return a product?

Do I need to pay for shipping charges when returning or exchanging a product?

No, you don't have to pay for shipping charges when returning a product.

Can I return a product after 7 days?

You have to initiate a return process within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately after 7 days, we won't be able to accept return request.

Will I get confirmation call after placing an order.

Before processing any order our customer service team will call you on your mentioned cell phone number to confirm/verify order. Therefore, please always mention your contact number in Billing Details and also mention receiver's contact number in Shipping Details to make your order delivery hassle free.

What is the warranty policy?

Warranty policy varies from vendor to vendor and product to product. Grozar Mart does not offer warranty claims directly. Warranty claims are processed directly through the vendor at their respective service centers. Not all products come with a warranty. If the products are available with a warranty then it will be clearly mentioned in the product specification or booklet.
